Meet Amanda, our Support Coordinator behind Connect Us Care! With years of experience and a heart for helping others, she's here to make the NDIS journey smoother, more personal, and empowering.
Jo - Support Worker
Meet Jo, bubbly, warm, and an absolute joy to be around! With hands-on experience as a mum to a son with autism, Jo brings a deep understanding, compassion, and a wealth of knowledge to Connect Us Care. Her positive energy and lived experience make her an incredible support for both participants and families alike.
Charlie - Support Worker
Meet Charlie, our adventure seeker and all-around down-to-earth legend at Connect Us Care. When he's not out surfing or exploring the great outdoors, Charlie is passionate about connecting participants to new and exciting experiences. With his easygoing vibe and love for adventure, he's all about helping you make the most of every opportunity.
Daniel - Support Worker
Meet Daniel, a steady, dependable presence at Connect Us Care. Whether it's lending a hand around the house or just having a laugh over a cuppa, Daniel brings a calm, easygoing energy to everything he does. He's passionate about helping participants feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for, one visit at a time.
Suzanne
Meet Suzanne! Semi-retired but full of passion, she's back doing what she loves, helping people live healthier, happier lives. With a love for movement, fitness, and maintaining a sparkling clean space, Suzanne is a true favourite among our aged care and disability clients. Her big heart and gentle spirit make her an absolute treasure to have around.
Taia
Meet Taia, who came to us from the classroom and brought all that teaching know-how with her. Patient is the word everyone uses about her — she'll take things at whatever pace you need, as many times as you need, with a smile the whole way. When she's not working, you'll find her in the surf or out in the fresh air somewhere. Her calm, bubbly energy is a gift to our team and to everyone she supports, and we feel very lucky to have her.
Jade
